Everything at Rolls & Bowl is built to order. Spring rolls are wrapped by hand in rice paper, paninis are pressed hot, and matcha is whisked when you order it. Nothing sits waiting.

Our paninis and grilled cheese are made with meats and cheeses from Graziano Bros., the Des Moines Italian grocer that has served the city since 1912. The R&B Special, the Classic B.L.T and the grilled cheese melts all start there.

The other half of the café is the drink bar: Vietnamese coffee — pistachio, egg, sea salt and ube — alongside ceremonial matcha, boba milk tea, fruit tea, lemonade and slushies.
